Permanent status was granted to Utena University of Applied Sciences in 2005.Following the amendment and supplement to the Law on Higher Education and Studies by Law No X-769, dated July 8, 2006, Utena UAS graduates have been awarded a Professional Bachelor’s qualifying degree. On July 18, 2012, by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No 948, upon the adoption of the Statute of Utena UAS, the legal status of Utena UAS has changed – from a budgetary institution, Utena UAS became a public institution.In 2020, Utena UAS Statute was renewed and harmonized with the relevant provisions of the Law on Science and Studies of the Republic of Lithuania, which was approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on April 1, 2020, by resolution No 322.Utena UAS activities are performed in Utena City.Mission of Utena University of Applied Sciences is to train professionals with higher college education, through applied research, lifelong learning and value creation for the region and the country.
Vision of Utena UAS is to be an innovative, nationally, and internationally recognised higher education institution that meets the expectations of society, based on high quality, responsible social partnership, the development of a sustainable environment for the region and the country, and the promotion of democratic values and tolerance.

If you’re already in Nord, it means you have obtained an Nord visa already. It’s either a Work & Holiday, Working & Holiday or a Tourist Visa. With a stunning number of 300 courses to choose from both in public and private institutions, you can start your search based on these criteria: language courses, vocational courses at college, university programs and/or city, course duration and price.

Every school has a detailed intro, including a profile and a photo gallery. Keep an eye for our promotional offers; these are plenty but go fast. You’ll find the exact overall tuition fees and a minimum installment amount which you’ll need to pay before you apply for the visa. No tricks. No additional fees. The minimum installment includes: full/part of the tuition fee (some schools allow you to pay by term/in installments depending on your total course duration), application fee (administrative fee payable to school) and the textbook/learning materials fee (if applicable).

We will get back to you to collect more information & documents. You can upload them into your profile. Then, we check course availability and gets the Letter of Offer from school. This LOO confirms your and course details. You have deadline to decide on further steps. Once ready, you need to sign the LOO confirming the quotes (your 1st instalment) and school Terms & Conditions. Then, you can proceed with direct payment to school using the on-line paying option on this platform. If the transferred is successful, you will get your CoE (Confirmation of Enrolment).
We will assist you with your student visa process.
Applying for 12 week or longer course = means you can apply for student visa to Nord. You have to meet requirements. You can apply for your Student visa online. You must submit a number of supporting documents. We can advise you on some steps of that process and support you with your application.

Our office assist you with many formalities nevertheless you’re newcomer or you’re already been for a while in Nord. We might be your information point. We offer you a range of services if needed.
